FEBRUARY 1ST THRU MARCH 2ND - 40% DISCOUNT
Minimum order before discount is $1,500.00 F.O.B. Hubbard, OH
All orders must be paid in full and shipped or picked up by March 1, 2008
Hubbard open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 4pm EST

MARCH 3RD THRU MARCH 31ST - 35% DISCOUNT
Minimum order before discount is $1,000.00 F.O.B. Hubbard, OH
All orders must be paid in full and shipped or picked up by March 31st
Hubbard open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 4pm EST

APRIL 1ST THRU APRIL 30TH - 25% DISCOUNT
Minimum order before discount is $750.00 F.O.B. Hubbard, OH
All orders must be paid in full and shipped or picked up by April 30th
Hubbard open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 4pm April 1st thru April 12th
Starting April 14th, open seven days a week, 9am - 4pm EST

MAY 1ST THRU JUNE 8TH - 20% DISCOUNT
Minimum order before discount is $750.00 F.O.B. Hubbard, OH

Hubbard open seven days a week, 9am - 4pm EST
Starting May 23rd, Hubbard, Niles, and Canton, open 9am - 9pm EST, 7 days a week

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

Orders received after June 8, 2008 will be based on the quantity discount scale.

$0-$500: List Price
$501-$1,000: 10% Discount
$1,001-$2,000: 15% Discount
$2,001-$4,000: 20% Discount
$4,001-$6,000: 25% Discount
$6,001-$10,000: 30% Discount
$10,000 +: 35% Discount

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER.

Terms: cash. Minimum order is 1 case. Prices F.O.B. Hubbard. Prices effective February 1, 2008. Call 800-356-9626 Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm EST to place orders and schedule an appointment for pick up. Wholesale orders will not be processed July 3, 2008 and July 4, 2008. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors that may have occurred during preparation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items and quantities are subject to availability. When placing your order, list items as they appear on this price sheet. State the item #, item name and quantity. Insurance Certificates: Minimum administrative fee is $25.00 or 3% of net purchases.
